Tatiana Zhydetskaya — Human Resources Director at Mareven Food Europe LLC, which has been cooperating with Blagoda for three years. Tatiana shared the story of the acquaintance of the two Companies and the details of their cooperation.
Tatiana, tell us about the Mareven Food Europe Company. What is the company’s business in Ukraine?
Mareven Food Europe is a subsidiary of Mareven Food Holdings — a holding company with 100% Japanese-Vietnamese capital, which is engaged in manufacture of fast food products. Our flagship is the brand Rollton. Instant noodles, mashed potatoes and universal seasonings are produced upon this trademark.
The representative office of Mareven Food Holdings in Ukraine was opened in 2011, establishing its factory in Belaya Tserkov. Now the company is actively investing in the production capacity expansion and renovation of the internal infrastructure. The coordination of the work at manufacturing site is provided by about 500 people.
What kind of request to the Blagoda company you made and when did it happen for the first time?
Prior to cooperation, about three years ago, we did not have any personal contacts with representatives of Blagoda. But, like any production company, we needed seasonal work, during which additional labor recourses were required.
Then we contacted this company with a request to provide personnel for carrying out unqualified seasonal work at manufacturing site and in the warehouse — loaders, handlers and packers. It turned out that Blagoda appeared in the life of Mareven Food Europe at the right time, when there was a need for seasonal staff, and they could give us just what we needed.
Initially, these were small requests for 15-20 persons, but as our company grew and developed, this number also increased. There were situations when we requested about 100 persons for seasonal work, and the company provided us with these quantities in full.
How long does recruitment usually take?
To fulfill large orders with up to 100 persons we need a little more time than usual, so we try to submit an application about 20 days before the commencement of work.
In other cases, recruitment takes place within 1-7 days or online, since we have established good partnerships with Blagoda, and we know that we can always count on them, and they can count on us.
What do you think is the main advantage of Blagoda?
I, personally, occupying the chief position in this sphere and the person who is well versed in the recruitment processes, am pleasantly surprised with their customer-oriented approach: employees of Blagoda are always ready to adapt to the customer’s needs. In my opinion, this is a very important feature, thanks to which we will use the services of this company again.

We have been cooperating with Blagoda LLC for about one and a half years. The main service we use is outsourcing. As the labor market has changed significantly over the past two years, companies increasingly face a shortage of skilled personnel of various jobs. Of course, we are familiar with this problem as well.
In the summer of 2017, our company experienced a significant shortage of skilled warehouse personnel. First of all, this was due to the fact that the large flow of Ukrainians, after establishment of a visa-free regime with the EU, went to work abroad. For us, summer is the peak of activity, which is why at that time it was important for us to find a company that would be able to provide outsourcing of such services in different regions of Ukraine.
We contacted several companies with this request, including Blagoda LLC. Due to the help of the company's specialists, we were capable to cope with this challenge in such cities as Kyiv and Kharkiv in a rather short time.
Then, at the peak of the workload, the prompt service provision was the most essential criterion for us. Moreover, another positive factor taken into account by the specialists of the Blagoda Company was the maintenance of the quality of the service. Since it is always the people who are responsible for the provision of the services, I can say that the employees have proved to be qualified and customer-orientated.
